MC WILSON CORPORATION (Company behind Gringo, Tokyo Bubble Tea, Honeybon cafe, and Tatatito) is looking for Restaurant Supervisors to be assigned to our stores in SM Marilao, SM Fairview, SM Sta Rosa, SM MOA, and Feliz Mall

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the storeMust have good floor management skills and customer service.Lead store in achieving performance targetsImplement programs to improve the overall efficiency of store operationsManage people and serves the training & coaching needs of subordinatesResponsible for the control of operations expenses and food costs

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in HRM or in any business course-related or equivalentAt least 2-5 Yrs Experienced employee specializing in Restaurant Food ServiceExperience in a table service setup is highly preferredMust have strong leadership and maturity to lead the team
