Raw material inventory and planning.Production planning, timeline and monitoring.Trouble shooting in production related to output and quality of the product.Submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Reports, BRM to Site HeadISO documentation, GMP implementation / other audit preparation.Material balancing and production materials stock monitoring. Coordination of daily production, quality control and maintenace reports in order to improve over all operationevaluate and plan appropriate traiing for employees to improve work performance.Assist in new trail.To establish/implement/comply to GMP, HACCP, & FSSC policies & SOPs.To establish/implement/comply to Waste Management (Solid & Hazardous) policies & SOPs.To establish/implement/comply to OSHAS policies & SOPs.To establish/implement/comply to Energy Management policies & SOPs.To establish/implement/comply to regulatory & statutory regulations with regards to business, labor code, PNP, PDEA, IATF against COVID, FDA, and other stakeholders. Perform other related task as necessity may require.
