ResponsibilitiesPerforms data cleansing on demand/forecast setLead the synthesizing and reporting of relevant forecast inputs to the company.Accountable for gathering forecasts and explaining how the demand versus the forecasts affects the business unit in terms of Sales and Unit Values to make sure that the business is in right direction.Create and closely communicate supply action plans with supply planning.Ensures that the demand gets at the right Manufacturing Site and coordinated with line move timing (Regionalization)Facilitate Regional Forecast Reviews attended by Sales Directors and Sales Managers to discuss detailed forecast gaps, new projects and highlight forecast trend analysisPromote compliance and understanding of the proper demand management process flowCreate, maintain, and publish companywide forecast reports and analysis. Includes demand analysis at aggregated tier levels across the short and long-term forecasting horizon.Analyze historical performance trends and processes and act on findings to continuously improve the demand planning and forecasting process.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any 4-year Business Course or related fieldMinimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as a demand analyst, pricing analyst, sales analyst, data management and analyticsKnowledgeable in database platforms such as SQL, Visual StudioStrong and articulate oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detailsMust have ability to organize and analyze multiple data sources and events into a cohesive result through the utilization of various analytical toolsMust be able to complete various data analysis tasks and build reports to be used for communication with various levels of the organization.Good communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of relational database conceptsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environmentProficiency in MS Office ApplicationsFamiliar with lean manufacturing concepts
