Job Mission:

The Production Engineer oversees the manufacturing processes of switchgears including supervising staff, ensuring health and safety codes are followed, training workers in the responsible use of machinery, identifying problems in the production line, developing strategies to improve efficiency and profit, and completing various administrative tasks.

Job Description:

Ensure daily production operation complies with the production plan.Responsible for Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets.Responsible in the investigation, corrections, and plan for corrective actions in any abnormality encountered in the line.Reviews process standards and technical requirements and converts them into job order sheets or travel tags.Develops process and issues work order sheets or travel tags.Creates, develops, and manages jig and tools for productionEnsures all Semi-finished goods and Finished goods are properly labeled and in their correct locationEnsures that standard machine parameter settings and work instructions are being followedMonitor production status by tracking jobs to ensure timely delivery to customers.Ensures that the correct raw material and packaging material are on each section and available during production.Assure and maintain the implementation of 5S in the company.Monitors operator's productivity, efficiency, and logs the performance of each operator

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in EngineeringPreferably a licensed EngineerAt least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing industryWilling to work in a strictly secured and monitored environmentWilling to work at Calumpit, Bulacan
