JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative assistance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the areas of scheduling and hosting of virtual meetings, organizing all incoming and outgoing documents, filing important documents and other administrative tasks to be assigned by the CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a College Degree holder; with at least 10 years of work experience as a Secretary/Executive Secretary to Top Executives.With good command in English communication (oral & written)With good records management abilityMust be computer literate and knowledgeable in operating electro
nic telecommunication gadgets.Willing to stay-in at the home residence of the CEO in Makati for at least 6 mo
