JOB SUMMARY
The Plant Accountant is responsible for providing analysis and Industrial Engineering support and services to the plant operations. He / She is responsible for the timely updating of information and documents about established systems. He / She is responsible for validation and analysis of equipment’s standards such as but not limited to cycle time.

nitors and provides feedback to plant management team on operations performance through periodic reports.Provides weekly, and mo
nthly reports to Production Department such as Fuel and Electricity, Man-hours and Machine Hours, and all other reports needed for the plant’s timely mo
nitoring and co
ntrol analysis.Provides support to production and maintenance departments in facilitating and mo
nitoring Profit Improvement Programs and initiatives.Analyzes the plant’s production and materials plan vs compliance with the standard.Computes for plant utilization and plant-related KRA’s vs target and submit relative reports.Computes, assesses, validates, and provides analysis on equipment/machine standards such as but not limited to cycle time, and machine parts’ operatio
nal life including consumables, and sends the report to the Production and Maintenance Head.Serves also as Plant Data and docu
ment Co
ntrol Custodian (DDCC) – handles all HACCP-related docu
ments of the Plant (Externally and internally generated).Implements docu
ment co
ntrol proceduresPerforms other functions as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
BASIC RELATIONSHIP
Coordinates with all departments of the plant in relation to and as required by the execution of Plant Accountant and Systems Specialist functions.
