Responsible for creating quality and process training programs.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Ensures quality co
ntrol standards are being met, develops budgets and cost controls and obtains data regarding quality standards.Ensures all established quality costs and levels of service are met.Provides coaching in the areas of quantitative analysis, co
nsultative techniques, and facilitation to project managers as they lead improvement projects.Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of medical services, including compiling, storing, and retrieving data for reports.Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and e
valuates performance of direct reports.
Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS degree, 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Extensive experience with data management, statistical analysis, performance metrics, and reporting required.Willing to work in Iloilo City
