As a Sourcing and Branding Management Supervisor, you are a front-liner in providing excellent customer service through accurate profiling. You define the way our audience thinks about us as an employer of choice. From logos and colors of digital and print media to focused advertising spaces, you keep our brand’s visual standards and develop communications to drive candidate attraction and engagement through merchandise, digital channels, social media, and recruitment experience.

As a sourcing supervisor, you will be assisting the sourcing manager for PH-wide deliveries in implementing tactical and strategic sourcing activities to help strengthen brand image, increase applications for different agent and support roles and become the employer of choice. As Sourcing and Branding Management Supervisor you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.

· Develop and refine uniform graphic standards and visual brand strategies.
· Promote and enrich brand consistency in recruitment processes, and print and digital marketing.
· Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
· Manage and enhance the company's brand or reputation on different marketing channels.
· Identify brand-building areas.
· Develop and execute brand management plans.
· Analyze and support both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual operating plan goals.
· Coordinate objectives with marketing and creative departments.
· Develop accountability structure for stakeholders.
· Create and enhance agency and partner relationships.
· Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management.
· Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies.
· Coordinate and manage content and information sharing among departments, divisions and external customers and divisions.
· Provide design and direction for collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications media for the company.

· Reporting and Analytics
• Effectively determines frequency of the reports and which stakeholder should be updated
• Effectively creates reporting format, analyzes data and provides recommendations
• Can clearly discuss and articulate the objective of the report, trends and outcome of the data
• Uses the analytics data to make recommendations to address gap or optimize output

• Must have a proven track record in supervising a sourcing team in a BPO or in a related industry
• Creative, can conceptualize and execute successful campaigns
• Developing and implementing strategic process in line with profiling and recruiting
• Formulation, review, evaluation and improvement of recruitment processes, policies and tools to achieve staffing goals and maintain quality
• Managing and motivating the team to ensure that they produce results, meet or even exceed their targets and goals.
• Partnering with hiring managers in determining staffing requisitions to improve quality of candidate endorsements through proper guidance on profiling as aligned in the business need.
• Knowledgeable in applicant tracking process and systems and competency-based system methods
• Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
