Job Description
Plan, recruit, schedule, manage, train and develop the team membersResponsible for the supervision of the performance of all the team membersOversee the inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment.Mediate as necessary when there are customer's complaints or concern that need immediate solutions.Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times Monitor food service to ensure efficient service during eventsCoordinates regularly with the General Manager for any changes/improvements in the store.Conducts PEP talks, meeting to subordinates & ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generatedCoordinates with other departments of the company to provide necessary reportsManage all Food and Beverage Outlet operationsEnsure compliance of brand standardsManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerSet departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and proceduresComply with mall security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationAdhere to food, health and safety standardsevaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.Preferably Senior Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.Able to lead a group, motivating staff to achieve operational goals.Familiar with food service regulationsCustomer oriented approachExcellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood organizational and time-management skills-
