· Prepares and assemble cooked product/s according to the established standards of portioning, serving, sanitation and hygiene
· Ensure par stocks are maintained
· Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen before, during and after operation
· Monitor if all existing items on hand items received are properly stored following the shelf life set for each item
· Report and document all variances and spoilage
· Attend pre-shift meeting
· Proper endorsement should be done before and end of the shift.
· Conduct line check
· Organizing and rotating all food stock and keeping track of inventory. They regularly check for freshness and quality.
· Observe first in First Out for all food items
· Double check quality of items received
· Performs other duties that may be assigned to him from time to time by immediate superior.
