Talent Acquisition Specialist

Implements of Sourcing Plan/ScheduleRecruitment-Marketing: Posts Ads in various sourcing channels (Social Media, online Job Boards, online Job Portals, LGU Job boards)Facilitates LGU Partnership (drafts and sends Letter of Intent, Company Requirements)Schedules and executes Local Recruitment ActivitiesFacilitates examinations (paper based and online)Activates Background Check Specialist for applicant background investigationFacilitates Job Offer.Collects and review pre-employment requirementsEndorsement of Candidates to New Hire Orientation

Other Tasks

Volunteers for HR and institutional programs and activities outside of regional assignment/scopePerforms other task that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

A degree in Management or Industrial Relations, or in the general field of Business Management, Psychology or Behavioral Sciences and/or Human ResourcesWith at least 2 years work experience in Talent Acquisition and/or the Human Resources field with a generalist scope on HR functions that includes talent acquisitionPreferably has related experience in community development workwilling to do field workwilling to travel
