Job Description• Taking notes and minutes in meetings• Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries• Finding ways to improve administrative processes• Organize and schedule appointments• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports• Costing and Marketing• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes• Assisting the Manager with operational issues• Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.Requirements:• Must have good communication skills• Must be knowledgeable with restaurant operations• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
