Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains and e
valuates manufacturing manpower standard requirements. Reviews and analyzes manpower production status.Assist in production planning through manpower allocation.Maintains and analyzes production standard and capacity.Provides assistance to the Plant Manager on new projects and reports.Reviews and analyzes production efficiency and rejection report.Review production schedules, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.Designs co

ntrol systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient.
