KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages on-time development of new products to ensure 100% product availability in the market per launch scheduleOn-time availability/ shipment of mock-up requirements for the on-time availability of customer requirementsTimely coordination/ execution of debugging activities from material procurement to result availability and feedback/ update to turn-on vendor productionOn-time submission/ shipment of complete watch first-off samples for brand manager's qualification/approvalManages inventory of new intros and related cost exposure ensuring no exposure is incurred due to project miss-managementFacilitates pilot development activities by ensuring process and resources availability within timelineInitiates system improvement to enhance new products process

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any four year courseAt least with 3-year experience in supervisory functionAt least with 5-year experience in project management or product developmentComputer literateEffective in both written and oral communicationMust be knowledgeable in Oracle applicationsExperience on Project Management and Project LaunchesExperience with PMI Methodology
