Required Work Experience / Knowledge
• 2+ years concierge/customer service experience in the travel/tourism, hospitality, retail, hotel/guest
services preferred
• Leisure travel experience preferred
• Experienced in leisure travel as well as exposure to online Booking Tool (GDS and e-travelling or ticketing)
• Understands major hotel chains, car rental, cruises and airlines
• Familiar with travel industry terminology and jargon (‘single’, ‘return’, ‘open jaw’, multisector)
• Have experience in sourcing of tickets, hotels, itineraries and packages
• Personal travel experience is an added advantage
• Firsthand city knowledge of local events and ability to spot trends nationwide
• Experience working directly with restaurants in key destinations, and the ability to make contacts in all
destinations
• Proven experience working with affluent customers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Amenable to work in Ortigas Pasig, City
Required Qualifications
• Must be a High School graduate, and must have completed at least 2 years in college, preferably in the
hospitality, travel/tourism industry
Required Languages
• Excellent oral and written English language skills
• Additional language capability is an advantage
