Performs and assists in the execution of quality control and assurance processes for the Ad Operations segment, making sure that outputs meet quality standards and customer requirements. Responsible for assisting the Quality Management Lead in fulfilling requirements of the established quality management system for the assigned business segment.
Qualifications:
• Any 4-year related course or equivalent.
• Experience and background in the advertising/marketing industry are a plus, but not required.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control is a plus, but not required.
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, night shift, as well as on Philippine holidays. Quality Management Skills:
• Good reading comprehension skills. Accurately interpret instructions, client/product specifications, and productivity targets.
• Detail-oriented. A keen eye for detail to recognize any products and procedures that need corrections.
• Data-analysis. Gather and analyze data to provide context or resolution to the issue
