The Label Development & Regulatory Compliance Associate is responsible in providing support to all functions of the Section - Regulatory Compliance and Label Compliance. These includes regulatory research database monitoring, performing label compliance review for operations, processing shipping marks layout references, compilation of reference guides and processing of supplier color proof.

Must Haves:

Bachelor's Degree in Office Management, Marketing or any four-year Bachelor of Science course.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.Passion for learning and acquiring knowledge.Good verbal and written communication skills.Integrity and professional ethic.Attention to details, with solid analytical and decision making skills.Above Average to Excellent in using MS applications.Knowledgeable in any layout editing software.Can work with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities

Generate shipping carton label layouts in reference to established product information and printing instructions provided by the client.Performs label compliance review and verification of product labels, customized labels and label artworks of new and existing products prior to Logistics Outbound Finished Goods processing for clients, customers and/or Sales/Brand Marketing events/activities.Monitor and process all regulatory research controlled copy request of technical and authorized personnel.Prepares, checks and routes all Label Color Proofs and/or LSD guide for review and approval, including HAACP printed labels.Perform research on any food labeling standards, specifications and implementations that will serve as reference and/or guidance to the business and/or food labeling system planning, assessment or evaluation, documentation and implementation.Ensure that all label and shipping carton layout references compilation are up-to-date.Coordinates with Logistics Inbound Packaging Material for any new and updated label deliveries and create a compilation of new and updated labels.Generate Label Copy Decks for Brand Marketing and Graphic Artists in reference to Regulatory Label Reference Guides.
