Associate (Quality Assurance - Business Process Support Specialist)
Job Responsibilities:
Work in collaborating with the Head of Quality Assurance and Internal Auditor in preparing the docu
mentation and requirements needed for the ISO9001:2015 Certification.Provide support in the development, updating, and improvement of process mapping, and implementation of the QMS docu
ments and requirements (policies, procedures, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)).Assists in e
valuating the procedural docu
mentation against the company standard, industry/regulatory requirements and expectations, audit inspections/findings, business needs, and changes in the industry standards and client/customer feedbacks.Ensure maintenance of QMS docu
ments and requirements using the standard QA monitoring/tracking forms.Reports co
nsistencies and/or loopholes in the policies and procedures using the risk- ba
sed approach.Keeps updat
ed with relevant information to ensure that appropriate feedback is given to the interested parties or relevant stakeholders.Participates in other Quality Assurance activities that support the efficient co
nduct of business operations from client onboarding, live engagement, to client offboarding and initiates improvement of business processes.
Job Qualifications:
A BA or BS is required with a degree or professio
nal certification in process design, change management, or any equivalent experience.Preferably with 1-2 years experience in process design and docu
mentation of accounting/financial business processes.Involvement in audit and/or maintenance of docu
mentation related to the compliance of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitaskAnalytical thinker with strong co
nceptual and problem-solving skillsDemo
