Shall be responsible for:Checking and monitoring of all mold conditionEnsure that all mold schedule for maintenance are properly attended with accordance to preventive maintenance schedule and procedureControlling the operation or activity of mold sectionconduct actual checking to all mold arrive based on incoming checklistconduct mold repair improvement (burr removal)discuss with subordinates the maintenance activity plan that must be accomplished for the dayoverall supervision of repairs and maintenance of mold and tooling for its continuous suitability and good conditioncontrolling all maintenance staff.report erring employees and has the authority to impose disciplinary actions to his subordinates
