Job Description

Responsible for managing and ensuring competitive compensation and benefit package of the company. May also manage other key areas within the HR function, such as employee relations, talent development, inclusion, talent acquisition, training and development, disability and worker’s compensation. 

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for the administration of the company payroll, compensation and benefits matters, HR information systems and dedicated projects which support the company’s competitive objectives to be the employer of choice.Coordinate and liaises with relevant government agencies in compliance to the mandatory employee benefits. Ensure tax and other national payments are deducted correctly and monitor on time payments of contributions and submission of government reports (i.e. ITR, Alphalist, etc)Ensures the maintenance of the company’s compensation and benefit objectives are in line with the overall human resources strategy, satisfy the needs of the employees and meet local government and legal rules.Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational cultureCreate and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classificationsApply effective communication strategies Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filedConduct periodic audits, prepare and present reportsIncrease department functional efficiency through continual process improvement methods.

 Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Accounting a related field.Minimum of 2+ years' professional Human Resources/Payroll Master experience.Strong written, interpersonal and presentation skills.Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve issuesMust have the ability to work as a member of a team and collaborate with colleagues and customers.Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.
