*Execute the majority of duties in direct contact with other members of the food service team, as well as children, other staff and guests.*Prepare and serve meals according to usage/preparation directions and instructions.*Perform kitchen-cleaning duties such as operation of the dishwasher, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces*Communicate effectively with other members of the food services team.*Operate industrial food preparation equipment requiring excellent hand/eye coordination, ability to comprehend operation safety instructions*Perform all other duties as assigned.*Serve and plate customers order.*Interact with other service and cooking staff to ensure speedy and effective operations so customers receive their food as quickly and accurately as possible.*Work with money on a daily basis, providing accurate change quickly and precisely while continuing to communicate cheerfully with the guests.*Handle food carefully and responsibly while serving customers their dishes.*Provide a friendly and caring experience for every customer, upholding the hospitality standards.*Check inventories and prepare inventory report.*Create market order list of needed items.*Receive stocks on a weekly basis, guaranteeing accuracy of the delivery and help unload the delivery and put every product away correctly.*Prepare dishes in the kitchen for certain shifts as needed.*Train other employees in standard practices and procedures in a shadow-style training program.*Prepare daily report.
