THE HISTORY & NATURE OF BUSINESS
Zark’s Burgers started from a 20-seater hole-in-the-wall with a three-man crew in 2009, blowing up to fifty five branches in the whole country. Serving a whopping 500 seats on a daily basis --- not counting our massive waiting line, which honestly, given the numbers it produces, could be a whole different branch of their own.
Rolandrei Viktor Varona, or as his friends call him, “Zark”, always had this immense rage over bland, fast-food burgers --- of which are commonly priced and prepared unfairly. Given how strongly he felt over it, he was compelled to take matters into his own hands. And with enough diligence and a lot of passion, Zark’s Burgers was born. This paved the way to a new era of burgers --- value-driven, service-oriented, and greasy.
Zark’s Burgers is committed to providing quality and affordable burger-centered products, using top of the line machineries, techniques, and equipment in the field of culinary and food technology. Cognizant of the vital roles of the specialists that are personally taking charge of the operation and interpretation of the procedures; our cooks, servers, and managers are considered the most reputable in their field of specialization.
