THE HISTORY & NATURE OF BUSINESS Zark’s Burgers started from a 20-seater hole-in-the-wall with a three-man crew in 2009, blowing up to fifty five branches in the whole country.  Serving a whopping 500 seats on a daily basis --- not counting our massive waiting line, which honestly, given the numbers it produces, could be a whole different branch of their own.  Rolandrei Viktor Varona, or as his friends call him, “Zark”, always had this immense rage over bland, fast-food burgers --- of which are commonly priced and prepared unfairly. Given how strongly he felt over it, he was compelled to take matters into his own hands. And with enough diligence and a lot of passion, Zark’s Burgers was born. This paved the way to a new era of burgers --- value-driven, service-oriented, and greasy. Zark’s Burgers is committed to providing quality and affordable burger-centered products, using top of the line machineries, techniques, and equipment in the field of culinary and food technology.
