MEGAWIDE - Construction Equipment, Logistics and Services (CELS) is hiring for INVENTORY PLANNER.

Work with the company that delivers superiors and cost effective end-to-end services through an extensive roster of first-world equipment for construction, material handling, earthmoving, concrete delivery, and vehicles for transport and logistics.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the effective implementation of the following processes. Identification of possible planned items Creation, evaluation, and review of minimum and maximum stock level of items. Creation/ revision of processes of the supply chain sections Inventory Management Forecasting of Planned items Monitor and Follow up of PO delivery to suppliers Weekly checking of warehouse inventory comparing SAP, WMS versus actual Assist Manager is formulating process improvement of the section Analyze item movement and evaluate existing level of inventory to optimize maintained items Assist on evaluating the aging of items. Ensure that all internal and external audits are strictly implemented based on planned schedule. Ensure that safety-related incidents/accidents, non conformances and non implementation of procedures are minimized and controlled. Attend regular meetings as directed by the immediate superior. Perform cycle count preparation such as pre-count and inventory of items included in the said activity. Perform inventory reconciliation together with Warehouse Supervisor and Finance Representative. Generate reports which may be required by his/her immediate superior from time to time or as needed. Make sure to record the minutes of the meeting and cascade it to the designated team members. Prepare monthly report as required by the immediate superior. Ensure that his/her KPI is achieved based on the set timeline and action plan  Ensure warehouse reports are submitted timely and within cut-off as per required by WHSE ManagerPerform other management mandated functions. Participate in trainings, seminars, meeting, events as mandated by the BU 

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or any equivalent1-4 years experienced Employee Specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse ManagementDetail oriented and organized.Must be willing to be assigned in Taytay, Rizal
