Responsible in ensuring that all salad bar ingredients are complete and properly prepared according to the standards of food quality and safety.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash and clean fresh ingredients prior chopping/cutting of ingredients.
- Monitor and replenish items diligently especially during lunch or peak periods
- Make inventory of all ingredients
- Monitor the standard temperature of the cold storages
- Follow proper standard and procedures in preparation of food ingredients- Keep all the kitchen cold storages clean, sanitized and organized.
- Follow the hygiene and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- College level preferably has subjects related to food preparation
.- At least kitchen (preparation) exposure/experience
- Energetic, creative, committed, team player, customer-service driven- Attention to details
- Good communication skills
- Has interest in kitchen work, at least with minimal knife skills
- Ability to work under stress
- Ability to work in multi task environment
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Willing to be assigned in Nuvali
