Will assume duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
Assist colleagues and executives by supporting them in daily operations and distributing information in a proper manner.
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and other external partners.
Support and Facilitate the completion of own and colleagues reports.
Develop and Maintain a filing system
Check frequently the levels of office and pantry supplies and place appropriate purchase order
Handling Petty Cash Liquidation
Provide excellent customer service
Telemarketing
Generate Sales Income every month
Other tasks may be assigned by the Operations Manager
