ResponsibilitiesAssist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executivesCompile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)Coordinate HR projectsDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)Communicate with other department when necessaryProperly handle complaints and grievance proceduresCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsConduct initial orientation to newly hired employeesAssist our recruiters to source candidates and update our databaseRequirements and skillsProven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative positionFast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)Basic knowledge of labor lawsExcellent organizational skillsStrong communications skillsDegree in Human Resources or related field
