Proven experience as Asst. Production Superviso or similar role for at least 1 year Strong leadership abilities Communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Problem-solving skills At least two years of college courseWilling to work at East Binabag, Tayud, LiloanBasic Knowledge in Microsoft word and excel

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules Oversee and coach employees Check production output according to specificationsSubmit reports on performance and progressMake, keep and submit daily production reports Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
