Functions: (Duties and Responsibilities)

• Responsible for updating and analyzing and report generation pertaining to inventory management and warehouse management in order to ensure that all material movement are transferred in SAP in a timely manner

• Responsible for updating urgent materials and closely coordinating receiving status to the end user; prepares Accounts Payable Discrepancy daily; analyzes and matches the payment documents and actual received to supplier before endorsing to finance, Support Logistics, MOG, MRO for the urgent incoming shipment

•Focus on GI confirmation and RTS to central warehouse

• Maintains accurate and complete transaction during Goods Receipt (GR) process

•Helps in ensuring that the actual vs. system storage tally 

•Coordinates closely with assigned Scheduler for the issues that may affect the production run 

•Ensures that all material movements are transacted in SAP in a timely manner
