• An Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to an organization. Their duties include organizing company records, internal and external communication, overseeing department budgets, facilities & management and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
• Provides General Services support such as Procurement, Housekeeping, Office Reception, Mails, Messengererial, Information & Communication Technology.
• Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
• Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
• Other task that may assigned
Requirements:
• College Graduate
• At least 2 years of experience related to the Duties and Responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• With work experience in Administration in General Services such as: Facility Management, Office Administration
• With work experience in Purchasing in Food Industry is a plus but not required.
• Highly organized, results driven, ability to handle multiple tasks and adheres to deadlines
• Work location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
