We are currently looking for a Floor Supervisor for NR Windows (located in Colombia) who will drive all production floor activities.

Responsibilities:

You will have ownership of all production floor operations and will be responsible for communicating progress and follow-through jobs/orders, and will work hand in hand with the Production ManagerSupervise all production staff to optimize effectiveness in meeting production schedules.Ensure safety processes all around in and out of facilitiesParticipate continuously in improvement strategies in both resource and process utilization as well as oversee production facility maintenance and housekeeping practices

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience and exposure in the fabrication of curtain walls, assembly, and finishing.
