Duties and Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recordingConfirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentationOrganize and maintain original paper evidenceAssure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drivesTranscribe, scan or photocopy hard copy documents and forms as neededSelf-audit your work checking for errors or duplicationOrganize files in a logical and manageable fashionAdhere to and meet set schedules and deadlinesInput, track, and maintain all encoded data and recordsPerform any other office tasks that management requires assistance with (sending emails, answering phones, etc.)Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper managementMaintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree highly preferredKnowledge and experience working within our specific industryComputer literate with experience using Microsoft Suite and other data entry programs (Excel, Access)Knowledge with PVOT and V-LOOK UPProficient and dexterous typistCan encode data with speed and accuracyBasic math skillsAbility to quickly process and organize informationHigh attention to detailAdapt at file management (both digitally and manually)Able to effectively time-manage and prioritize tasksStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsFinishes work in an efficient and timely manner-
