The Role:
• Analyze quality data for INFRA and APPS DEV Teams, and controls quality processes, practices, standards and deviations
• Audit and review existing Quality Monitoring processes (Incident Lifecycle management, Software Development Lifecycle, Operational documents, Reports, PMLC) of each Lines of Business
• High/frequent communication and interpersonal skills because Quality Associate will interact, ask questions/conduct interview, do deep-dive analysis on evidences and provide feedback to Managers
• Proactively understand business processes and CREATE new Quality Monitoring procedures
• Provide detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on identified Escalations or Issues. To be reported on a weekly/monthly basis to Delivery teams and Stakeholders
• Processes, Guidelines and Tools- Works under supervision on continuous improvement and optimization of processes, guidelines and tools
• Issues and Escalations- Works within defined rules and regulations. Solves quality issues and able to identify potential escalations, before it is reported to Senior Management
• Project Work- Works as part of the team in operational excellence / operational quality projects
• documentation. Assists in preparation of presentation material and prepares documentation. Map action items as preventive measures and track progress of actions
The ideal candidate:
-Preferably college graduate; accepts undergrad as long as with solid relevant experience / Also open for quality analysts from BPO's
- Experienced with audits, quality checks (e.g. completeness of documents, standard process, etc.)
- Creation of Reports
- High coordination with different individual contributors or managers
- Good interpersonal skills – Will be involved a lot of discussions and calibrations
- With PMO experience
- Experienced in closely working with audit and compliance teams with their respective departments
- Expertise in data visualizations (Powerpoint, Excel)
- High coordination skills
- Should be flexible and open with being assigned to different project assignments (AppsDev or Infra)
- Candidate should have good work set up aside from good internet speed
