JOB SUMMARY:
Must have a thorough knowledge of all Front Office reports and activities. Responsible for daily check - in and check - out. Provide tenant assistance and achieve “Worry Free - Experience” during their stay.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with Dormitel policies and procedures.Report at working area at least 15 minutes before shift begins.Handle all incoming and out - going phone calls and messages according to Dormitelle policies and procedures.Ensure that all day, weekly, and mo
nthly reports are processed.Respo
nsible for checking tenants, guests, visitors in and out.Communicate all activities and incomplete task to the lobby guard and other co
ncern department and ensure the Resident Manager is kept informed.Maintain a clean working area.Attend to all meetings and training as scheduled.Be aware of and familiar with Dormitelle products, facilities, activities and services provided and be able to explain them to tenants and guests.Maintain good relatio
nship with staff and the community.Keep all Dormitelle docu
ments confidential. Never give the room number of dormers to outside callers.Maintain good communication with other related Departments. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Resident Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism or any management courses.1 - 2 years experience in the same field, fresh graduates are also welcome.Fit to WorkWilling to work on shifting schedules 6 working days every week / 1 day-offWilling to work in Clark, Pampanga
