PRIMARY FUNCTION
Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of food safety and quality systems for supplier quality development and validation of in-process products and processes. Ensures that proper sampling techniques are used in the evaluation of materials and products.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must have a Bachelor's or College Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical, Engineering, Food Technology or any related Science courses.Knowledgeable in ISO, HACCP, FSMS, and BRC GSFS standards is a plusKnowledgeable in Microbiological techniques and best laboratory practicesWith at least 1 year of experience in QA functions specifically in lab analysis in baking or any food-related industry.Fresh graduates are welcome to applyWilling to be assigned in Quiapo, Manila or Pamplona Uno, Las Pinas-
