Job Description
A Content Intern will provide administrative and clerical support to the Content Department, duties of which include but are not limited to organizing content files/records, encoding content resources in the learning platform (i.e. QCreate), and reviewing published content materials in the learning platform (i.e. QLearn and Qlink) in terms of plagiarism, general navigation, consistency, and other technical issues.
Responsibilities
Familiarize with the co
ntent project structure, co
ntent creation guidelines, error-checking process, and other tools to be provided by the co
ntent team. Review the co
ntent materials in the learning platform (i.e. QLearn and Ql
ink) and log technical errors in a Google spreadsheet to be provided by the co
ntent team.Encode co
ntent resources from the co
ntent production team, which include the lesson objectives, key points, question items, and teacher’s co
ntent materials in the learning platform (i.e. QCreate).Organize co
ntent files by ensuring the user access is set correctly and the docu
ments are properly labeled and saved in the correct subject and/or project folder.May also be assigned to other administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and reporting of data.
