We're one of the first cloud kitchen companies in the Philippines - which is essentially a kitchen with no physical storefront that services customers directly through a variety of digital channels. We’re looking to expand our brand portfolio rapidly and are looking for bright, passionate individuals to help us grow.
As our general ethos, simply put, we try to make good food you can eat everyday (as a habit!), that is highly accessible, and uses local ingredients as much as possible.
What we’re looking for
3+ years of proven experience managing a kitchen or a restaurant - including leading and coaching people.Graduate of an HRM or any related course.Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog).Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).Understanding of various ingredients, culinary equipment, and cooking procedures. Knowledge of best practices of operating in a commercial kitchen setting.
Nice-to-haves:
Exposure to a few different cuisines in a professio
nal setting is ideal, but not necessary.Havin
g produced and released your own dish on a commercial menu is a huge plus.
What you’ll be doing
Managing a commercial kitchen with a team of line cooks and assistants, ensuring high efficiency and productivity.Training, mentoring, and motivating members of the team - we like to keep a culture of people development and promoting from within.Implementing and optimizing operatio
nal processes such as inventory, station assignments, workflows.Strictly reviewing the quality of food and beverages, including adherence to recipes.Assisting R&D for new brands and dishes (tasting, sourcing ingredients, brainstorming, experimenting).Preparing reports on profitability, inventory, sales, etc.
