• College diploma – course that can relate to warehouse, production, inventory dept. • 3+ yrs experience in warehouse and inventory management• Proficient knowledge in ms excel • Excellent problem solving skills• Proficient writing skills • Detail oriented• effective multitasker• supervises all activities of the warehouses in Pampanga – inventory control, space management, productivity, raw materials handling, plant to plant transfers, warehouse equipment maintenance. • scrutinize and process job orders coming from production coordinators • oversee receiving of raw materials from local and imported suppliers (space management)• approve dispatch of raw materials needed by the production efficiently, correctly and accurately oversee wingvan and driver schedule and transfers to ensure timely transfers• liase with HR dept on staff schedules. Maximize team efficiency, minimize Overtime. • Supervise and delegate work of warehouse team efficiently• handles inventory management of all raw materials, Achieve inventory accuracy.• Report and investigate inventory discrepancy, maintaining inventory integrity at all times.  • Solve day to day operational issues. Ensure reports are filed – forklift charging report, warehouse transfer reports, incoming delivery reports, inventory reports1) assigned in San Simon Pampanga but can be assigned to work in Tabang Bulacan when needed2) can render OT, can work on Sundays and also if needed, night shifts
