Job Responsibilities:

- Understand customers’ technical project specifications and incorporate them in existing processes

- Monitor process quality controls during production to ensure there are no deviations

- Initiate and complete validation of all materials and processes as per customers’ requirements

- Conduct tests and trials for new materials and FRP systems

- Create Work Instructions for all processes (painting, bonding, lamination)

- Set up and implement process controls

- Conduct trainings for operators, supervisors, and inspectors

- Lead process optimization activities to reduce wastage and increase productivity

- Lead process audits with customers and external auditors

Degree in mechanical engineering3+ years of experience in manufacturing or similar roleGood communication skillsTeam player
