Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.Plan, co
nduct and mo
nitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished products quality.Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.Respo
nsible for ensuring that the goods produced adhere to established quality standards.Observe and check raw materials used or finished goods produce for visible defects.Accept and reject lots ba
sed on samples checked and assist in the implementation of quality co
ntrol programs and assist as well in the preparation of training manuals and quality guidelines.Verifying and ensuring that all food co
ntact surfaces, such as utensils, machines, equipment including food handlers are hygienic and that all co
ntributing factor for a clean and sanitary operation are always implemented.
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology.With basic knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SSOP and Food Safety.With experience during Internship/OJT.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
