Qualifications: (Required years of work experience and educational background)

With at least 3 years' work experience in EMS environment with strong knowledge of manufacturing process and production environment of related commodities (semi-conductor, plastic, metal, electro-mechanical parts, PCB, labels and packaging)

Functions: (Duties and Responsibilities)

Communicate quality related issues to internal and external customersLead the team in solving quality relates issues/concerns.Formulate with the team actions for improvementIdentify critical process and recommend improvementVerify effectiveness of the formulated CA

Skills and Abilities:

Knowledgeable in international quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, VDA PA/6.3)Knowledge and application of the core quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, MSA, and SPCWith knowledge on mechanical drawing, GDT, basic metrology, and IMTE measurement
