Job Summary:

He/She will be responsible for the overall management of a mall, including but not limited to, Cost Management, Local Marketing, Tenant Relations and Retention, Facilities and Operations, and Safety and Security Functions.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.With at least 5 years of work experiences in a Managerial capacity gained from any fast food or restaurant operations.Must be highly accountable, hands-on, competitive, customer-focused, results oriented, driven, a team player and self-motivated.Should be pro-active and quick to respond to any challenges affecting foot traffic/customer count and tenant sales.
