JOB SUMMARY:Responsible member to Assure Quality in formulating and documenting all processes and work operation of production and all other processes related to the product line assigned. Implement and monitor procedures, processes and policies and make sure it is being followed in accordance to the Environmental and Quality Management System.Formulates Countermeasure to avoid or lessen occurrences of defects on products and process non-compliance in coordination with all involved members.Attends to all inquiries made by clients and suppliers concerning quality.Check and Monitor the application of quality activities and the effectiveness of corrective actions and its implementation to items with similar processes to avoid the same problem from happening.Shall maintain the positive and professional communication and relationship with customers and members of the company. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · In-charge in creation of quality processes guidelines and work instructions in coordination with Production, Quality Control and Process Quality Engineers· Responsible in Standardization of Created Quality documents and evaluate its adequacy in the process.· Formulate forms and identify sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.· Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems· Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality· document internal audits and other quality assurance activities· In-charge in receiving and facilitation in resolving customer complaints and responsible in the information of all quality issues being received from Customers or Suppliers · Collect and compile statistical quality data related to customer complaints · Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the existing quality system· Recommend, Develop and monitor corrective actions and Improvement Plans.· Responsible in Reports Preparation to communicate the outcome of Quality Activities · In-charge in Quality Trainings and Identification of training needs as well as coordination of training intervention of members involved to meet quality standards.· Serve as Company representative and attends inquiries regarding quality issues for both internal and external related quality concerns.· Coordinates and support on-site audits conducted by external providers and evaluates audit findings then coordinate and implement appropriate corrective actions with all involved areas.· Monitor risk management activities and Assure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.· Process Change Application, Monitoring and Verification- Check the applied process change if properly executed, verification of the 3 consecutive production lots for the process or 3 consecutive preparation and delivery of the changed 4M.Maintain records of 4M based on Record Control Procedure.· Verification of monthly rejection rate report's quality activities - checking and verification if reported Quality Activities are being implemented and verification of its effectiveness.· Conducts Failure Analysis - supports internal failure analysis as needed in the section’s in root cause analysis and investigation of customer claims.· Issuance of Non-Conformance Reports Internally and to Suppliers, monitoring and checking of its corrective actions.· Performs other duties as maybe assigned by superiors. Management· Responsible to meet departmental productivity and quality goals· Ensures that section’s reportorial requirements are communicated with the supervisor, accomplished accurately and submitted on time. Ensures that all confidential information and documents are strictly maintained · Ensure that the quality and environmental policy is faithfully followed; 5S and safety procedure especially using of PPE’s are strictly practiced· Effectively carry out duties and responsibilities to the level of your command.· Performs other duties as maybe assigned by the superior. Communication· Practices and maintains high level of professionalism and business ethics.· Communicates effectively with all concern sections, co-worker and to immediate head.· Provides necessary information across organization. · Attends to cross-functional meetings and other coordination as necessary.· Give advance information to member’s in-charge with regards to quality related details that maybe received from customers, suppliers and other sections.· Proper communication and follow up of necessary requirements for customer requirements or corrective actions for customer complaints.· Proper communication and Coordination to HR and other sections with regards to customer audits, visits and official businesses. TRAINING REQUIRED· Safety Training· Company Rules and Regulations· Quality Management System(QMS) and Environmental Management System(EMS) Awareness· Core Tools Trainings such as but not limited to; Refresher Course for Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and Process Flow, Basic Statistical Process Control (SPC) Training, 5 Why and Root Cause Analysis JOB SPECIFICATION Education and Experience · Graduate of four year course, Industrial Engineering graduate is an advantage.· QC/QA experience acquired in the same manufacturing set-up.· Quality inspection, auditing and failure analysis experience. Competencies and Knowledge · Analytical and detailed person can work both in office and production set-up.· Computer Literate with good presentation skills.· Competent and can work under pressure.· Good oral and written communication skills.
