JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any Engineering courseWith at least 1 to 3 years working experienceAppropriate working knowledge gained from a manufacturing set-up especially in Press StampingFamiliar with Production flow and its processes

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must possess high ability in adaption and comprehension in new product development; process oriented and manpower handling, planning and training.Performs basic documentation of work instructions, production formats and other needed data and records for production to achieve monthly targets.Participates in internal and external audit and provides countermeasures for the findings issued.Performs in accordance to the department targets and objectives.Initiates Kaizen activity to improve process equipment and processes.
