Basic Function:
The scope of this position encompasses planning the execution of forecasted orders against capacity and managing the conversion of planned orders to finished goods thru internal partners.
1. Translates aggregate plan into detailed schedule for each assigned department with the goal of optimizing available capacity and meeting client finished goods requirements.
2. Generates and releases Weekly and Monthly production schedules based on clients' orders due dates, available materials and plant capacity.
3. Updates the status of orders and submits updated order status report (3 months horizon) every Monday and Wednesday.
4. Monitors the status of each order in the schedule and provides timely feedback to product stakeholders.
5. Facilitates delivery of committed products between Accounts Management Division, Production and support groups by pushing schedule execution to ensure timely production and delivery based on commitment dates.
6. Attends daily meetings to discuss issues related to previous day operation and helps facilitate resolution related to the attainment of daily target.
7. Works closely with Accounts Managers, Technical Services, Production Managers, Purchasing Managers and other support groups for the attainment of monthly target.
8. Reports, analyzes and submits the schedule adherence of each assigned production department to Department Manager as needed.
9. Monitors released of orders based on stipulated lead time.
10. Checks the Manufacturing Orders (MOs), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Packaging Orders (POs) prior to submission to Quality Control department.
11. Coordinates with Quality Control and Warehouse regarding raw and packaging materials for picking and release.

nal License (Passed Board/Bar/Professio
nal License Exam) in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial), and passed the Government Licensure Examination.At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
