Job Responsibilities:
Mixes, cooks, and freezes ingredients to make frozen desserts, such as sherbets, ice cream, and gelato: Measures and cooks ingredients for such frozen desserts, according to recipes.Pours mixed ingredients into freezing machine reservoir, and starts machine to churn and freeze ingredients.Removes frozen dessert mixture from machine.Stores frozen desserts in refrigerated room or refrigerator.Molds ice cream or sherbet into various shapes, such as flowers or emblems, using paddle and mold forms.Scooping of gelato as customer request and orderInventory upkeeping and daily ordering Running day to day operations
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Vocatio
nal Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
Company takes care of importing and distributing food products from Europe. The company has grown in the past years and has successfully created new wine brands (the M Lhuillier wines) and wine for the masses (the Shanpelino wine). The company also imports olive oil, condiments, luxury imported dry food, fresh food like cold cuts and cheeses as well as cleaning and beauty products. All products are imported from Europe, mainly France, Italy and Spain with no products purchased from local suppliers. These products are distributed to HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes), supermarkets and corporate clients.
