REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management, accounting, business administration, and other related field.- At least 5 years experience in restaurant management and supervision.- With excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.- Proficient in computer application, POS software, and office application software.

nitors table reservations and reservation requests and coordinate with the kitchen and the staff.Ensure the staff follow service standards, policies, and procedures in carrying out their duties.Inspect the sanitation of the dining area and work stations.
Coordinate with the janitorial staff to keep the premises clean, neat, and orderly.
Make sure guests are satisfied with their dining experience.Keep a daily record of all outlet activities.
Verify the accuracy of every information in the log book.
