QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, staff management, and preparation of profit and loss statement and other reportsStrong planning and organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work independently and confidently make business decisionsExcellent interpersonal and leadership skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The brand ‘banapple’ (banana + apple) was established, a contraction on the main ingredients of the banoffee pie and the apple caramel crumble pie, two of Banapple’s early hits. Banapple thereafter transferred its main kitchen to a bigger and more accessible location along Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City.
