Main areas of responsibility/ projects handled:
> Construction Phase
· Monitor the construction works of MEFPS trade contractors
· Conduct site inspection, testing and commissioning to ensure compliance with the plans and specifications, standard procedures and methodology.
· Study and recommend potential cost savings, solutions and improvements.
· Implement control measures to ensure that MEFPS works are properly coordinated with other trades and discipline.
· Responsible for the energy center and core services for MEFPS services.
· Implements total quality work and overall health safety.
· evaluate and assess progress billings and change orders
> Coordination
· Coordinate with designers and consultants concerning on site conditions, design issues and revisions.
· Attend technical coordination meeting with contractors and utility providers to address issues and concerns during site implementation.
· Interface, coordinate, checked and verify with suppliers for the owner supplied materials info conformance to the approved technical specifications.
· Coordinate the design requirements for the local government units including utility provider regarding permanent connections of power, water and communications services.
· Attend construction, core and design meetings
· Coordinate with property management and facilities management regarding concerns on operation and maintenance of the building services.

· Checked and review shop drawing submittal and material specifications
· Review and evaluate request for approvals (RFAs), request for information (RFIs) and Request for the Site Instructions (Sis).
· Checked and evaluate in the validation of claims for change orders
· Checked and evaluate work accomplishments and billings
