Job Description
· Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids for vertical projects' trades and packages
· Discussing and reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
· Managing procurement schedules and budgets
· Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
· Developing and presenting project proposals and corresponding reports
Qualifications
· Graduate of B.S Civil Engineering or any equivalent engineering course
· Knowledgeable in excel and MS Office
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Good communication skills oral and written
· Understanding of legal documentation and construction industry
· Experience in the same field is an advantage
Willing to work on-site in Las Piñas
