A. General Functions: Responsible for the daily operation of the facility commissary including inventory control, supply acquisitions, accounting-related reports, and directing the work of others. B. Specific Functions: 1. Supervises and coordinates activities of commissary workers engaged in preparing, assembling, packaging, and shipping ready-to-eat food items;2. Checks inventories and orders foodstuffs and supplies;3. Prescribes quantities, production sequence, and time for items to be prepared, cooked, assembled, and packaged to meet production schedule;4. Specifies arrangement of equipment, work stations, and staffing to prepare for production;5. Explains and demonstrates work methods to train employees and establish size of food portions;6. Performs other related duties that may be required by the immediate head and/or the Company Owners. C. Key Performance Indicators 1. 100% Compliance to health and safety standards2. 100% accuracy of all inventory of stocks at the Commissary3. 100% on time production process per set timelines4. 100% on time availability, repair and maintenance of all production tools and equipments5. 100% compliance to set measurements of all set food portions E. Required Qualifications· Bachelor/College Degree or equivalent certification required· Minimum two (2) years of retail sales and marketing or relevant work experience required.· Must have a working knowledge of office and accounting practices and procedures.· One (1) year of business or relevant work related courses preferred· Supervisory experience in Manufacturing setting is highly preferred· Food Industry experience is preferred.· Must have a strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines.· Must have very good skills level in communicating.· Must have problem solving ability.· Must have good moral reputation as a Production Head.
